Rosaura Gil, MS, PHR
CEO
With over 20+ years of experience as an HR professional, Rosaura has worked in numerous industries providing her with great insights and experiences. Most recently, she was the Director, Human Resources for an ultra high net worth (UHNW) family in the SF Bay Area before venturing into her consulting business. With her varying experiences, Rosaura's focus is to help family offices and businesses provide their employees with a positive work experience through the development of corporate culture to support growth and long term success while ensuring compliance.
Rosaura is proud to call herself a native San Franciscan. She earned her BA in Ethnic Studies/La Raza Studies from San Francisco State while raising 3 children. Inspired to continue in her education, she went on to obtain her MS, Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. Additionally, she holds Professional Human Resources (HRCI-PHR) designation since 2003 and is bilingual/bicultural Spanish speaker.
When away from work, Rosaura enjoys cycling, reading historical fiction and spending time at the lake.
